Delivery Information

Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Any orders placed from 4pm on Friday until Sunday 11:59pm will be dispatched the following week. This excludes bank and public holidays where we will ship the following working day.

All orders automatically come with free 'DPD 2-3 Day Delivery' shipping as standard. You will receive your tracking reference to the email that you gave with your order once your gift box has been dispatched. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please send us an email to hello@fernngiftboxandco.com and we'll get straight on to locating it. 

Please note: we can only ship within the U.K. and cannot ship to Northern Ireland at this time. We're working on adding more places around Europe and the world that we can ship to, so please pop back regularly to check if we ship to any new locations.
