Can I put a gift message with my order?

All orders have the option of adding a personalised handwritten gift message to either a greeting card or postcard. Please add your message to the 'notes on your order' box when checking out. If you're buying more than one, please just specify which gift message is for each box. We'll contact you if it's not clear. 

 

When and where do you dispatch your boxes to?

Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Any orders placed from 4pm on Friday until Sunday 11:59pm will be dispatched the following week. This excludes bank and public holidays where we will ship the following working day.

All orders automatically come with free 'DPD 2-3 Day Delivery' shipping as standard. You will receive your tracking reference to the email that you gave with your order once your gift box has been dispatched. 

We can only ship within the U.K. and cannot ship to Northern Ireland at this time. We're working on adding more places around the world that we can ship to, so please pop back regularly to check if your country has been added. 

 

Can I purchase a box now, but choose my own delivery date?

Absolutely. Please leave a note to us when checking out detailing the date you’d like it to be delivered and we’ll add a 'Do Not Open Until...' label with your chosen date. We can also hold orders to ship on a preferred date to work with your desired delivery date.

 

Do you put a receipt or any pricing information in the parcel?

No, we don’t put any prices or cost information into the parcel, unless including a receipt is specifically requested. If you need a receipt for personal or expenses purposes, please pop an email to hello@fernngiftboxandco.com and we’ll email you a receipt for your purchase.

 

Do you offer custom made boxes?

We do! We have our Create Your Own FËRNN Gift Box Builder, so if you'd like to do it at your own leisure, that's the best option for you.  We also offer a more personalised, unique gift box creating service too, where we work directly with you to create the perfect gift/s for your loved one/s. Please read our Bespoke Gifting page for more information.

Do you sell the products in your boxes individually?

All the products in our gift boxes are available to buy on our website to purchase individually in our boutique. Shipping courier is dependant on size or weight but we will be in contact to let you know. 

 

Are the products in your baby gift boxes certified safe for babies?

Yes. All the products in our baby gift boxes are selected with babies safety in mind. Everything has the required safety certification, but of course they should always be supervised when using a product and it should be removed at any sign of wear.

 

Are the products in your Earth Mama gift box safe for pregnant women?

Yes. All products in our Earth Mama gift box are safe for pregnant women. Every ingredient has been scrutinised, researched and then checked with medical professionals. To note, it’s definitely recommended to consult your GP before using any new products while pregnant, every pregnancy is different. 

 

Are your wooden boxes sustainable?

The short answer, yes! We source these boxes from a small business based in the U.K., who make these out of sustainably sourced materials. They’re made consciously with a very low carbon footprint. We also plant trees every months through our partnership with Ecologi, to offset our carbon footprint too.

 

What do I do if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your gift box. Please send an email to hello@fernngiftboxandco.com including your name, date of order and order number and we’ll get straight back to you with a solution.
