Freshly Ground Coffee
The coffee cherries are hand sorted for unripes and overripes by farmers before the pulp is removed and the coffee is fermented for 24-36 hour under close shade. It is then washed and graded, then finally dried for 12-20 days on raised African bed.
Kenya AA is considered to be one of the world’s best coffee beans. AA is a coffee grading term that refers to a specific, larger than normal, bean size. The result is a larger than normal cup of coffee too, this coffee has a deep complexity and is so juicy!
