Strawberry Jam

Pretty much everyone's favourite preserve. And here, our favourite version of it. As you might expect, it’s all down to the quality of the fruit, so only fresh, field-grown strawberries are used, to ensure the preserve delivers the strawberryist of strawberry preserves.

One that demands to be the crowning glory on a scone with clotted cream or on a hot slice of freshly baked sourdough.

Ingredients:

Strawberries, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Water

Prepared from 55g of fruit per 100g

Total sugar content 64g per 100g

Storage information:

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 28 days.
